As an Accredited Solicitor Advocate, Fiona has the right to appear in all courts to present a client's case. Most solicitors require an additional cost for instructing a barrister to prepare Court papers and represent clients in Court. Being an Accredited Solicitor Advocate means that Fiona can advise and represent her clients from the start of a client’s case to its finish. Fiona has the advantage of being able to represent clients in all courts, including the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Privy Council, and the House of Lords, if necessary.
Fiona’s colleagues say she is a; genuine, warm, and down-to-earth solicitor, who clearly cares deeply about her clients' cases. Her detailed knowledge of the law and common sense approach, both with clients and the courts, has won her praise from clients. She is able to deal with complex legal cases and very quickly gain an understanding of the intricate issues.
